About Jon Ferrara
Jon Ferrara, a customer relationship management pioneer, is the founder and CEO of Nimble, an award-winning social sales and marketing CRM for individuals and teams. Nimble, which integrates with Microsoft Office 365 and Google G Suite, has been ranked first by G2 Crowd for overall customer satisfaction.
Jon also created and co-founded the award-winning customer management software GoldMine. In 1999, FrontRange acquired Goldmine, prompting Ferrara to pursue other interests. Throughout these years, Jon kept a close eye on the CRM market. He observed that most CRM products for small businesses either moved upmarket (and became more expensive and complex) or were abandoned, leaving the market underserved.
